Pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new station gets 14 days free on any plan, with no credit card needed for the trial. If you pay during the trial, your remaining free days are kept.
How can I pay?
By GCash or Maya (you send the amount and upload your receipt, and we confirm it), or by card. Card subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel; GCash and Maya payments are never automatic.
What happens when I upgrade?
If you move to a higher plan in the middle of a paid period, you pay only the price difference for the days left, and your end date stays the same. A lower plan can start when your current period ends.
Is there a contract?
No. If you do not pay for the next period, your station is paused and your records stay saved until you continue.
Does the price change after I subscribe?
The price you started at is kept for your subscription. Later price changes apply to new subscribers.
