What do my customers see?

How do returning customers order faster?

A customer can save their details with a 4 to 6 digit PIN. Next time they log in with their mobile number and PIN, their name, address and notes are filled in, and they can see their order history. A PIN is stored only as a hash, and each station's customers are kept separate.

How do I know a new order came in?

New online orders appear on your orders screen with a sound and an alert. On a phone you can turn on notifications so a new order shows even when the app is closed. Notifications and recurring orders depend on your plan.

How is this better than taking orders in Messenger?

Messenger orders have to be typed, copied and remembered. In the online store the customer enters the address and quantity themselves, so there are fewer mistakes, and every order is already recorded with its payment status.
