Is this difficult to use? Do I need technical skills?
No. Setup is a guided wizard: add your products, prices and payment QR, and share your store link. If you can use Facebook and GCash, you can use WaterApp.
Can I use my own branding?
Yes. Add your station name, logo, cover photo and an optional banner so customers see your business, not ours.
Can my customers order from their phones?
Yes. Customers scan your QR or open your link and order on their phone. They don't need to create an account.
Can I manage deliveries and riders?
Yes. Rider accounts, assignment, photo proof and a live order tracker are included in the Growth and Pro plans.
Can I monitor my earnings?
Yes. You'll see sales, expenses and credit on your dashboard. Profit dashboards and analytics are on the Growth and Pro plans.
Can I use it for more than one branch?
Yes — the Pro plan supports multiple branches and staff performance views.
What is included in the free trial?
Every paid plan can be tried free for 7 days with all of that plan's features. You don't need a credit card.
Will I be charged automatically after the trial?
The free trial never charges you and needs no card. When it ends, you choose how to continue: pay by GCash or Maya (never automatic), or by card (a card subscription renews automatically until you cancel it). Nothing is deleted if you don't continue.
How much is the first month after the trial?
If you continue on a monthly plan, your first month is just ₱63 (30 days), once per station. After that it's the regular plan price. Yearly plans pay the yearly price.
How do I pay, and how do I cancel?
Pay by GCash or Maya (the WaterApp team confirms your receipt and activates your period) or, where available, by card, which renews automatically and can be cancelled in the app at any time. There's no contract: if you don't pay for the next period, your station is paused until you continue. Your records stay saved.
Can I change plans? What if the price changes?
Yes, you can switch plans any time during the trial, and upgrade later. Once you subscribe, the price you started at is locked for you; later price changes apply to new customers.
Are prices in dollars or pesos?
Philippine pesos. Dollar amounts on this page are only estimates (about ₱63 to $1) and aren't what you're billed.
Is my business information secure?
Passwords are stored hashed, each station only sees its own data, staff only get the access their role needs, and station changes are kept in a private activity log that only the owner can see. WaterApp support never sees your sales or customer data.
