What does a delivery look like from start to finish?

  1. The customer orders online, or you enter a delivery order.
  2. You confirm it and assign a rider.
  3. The rider collects the empty bottles and can add a photo.
  4. Your station refills and marks the order ready.
  5. The rider starts the delivery and adds a photo when it is delivered.
  6. The customer sees each step on their tracking page.

What can riders see?

Riders have their own simple screen with the deliveries assigned to them, the address, the amount to collect for cash on delivery, and their delivery history. They do not see your reports or settings.

How do tips work?

If you turn on tips, customers can add an optional tip for the rider at checkout, and the rider sees their tips in their own screen.

Which plan includes delivery management?

Delivery management with riders, delivery zones and recurring orders are part of the Growth and Pro plans. See the pricing page for details.
