Keep track of gallons borrowed and utang owed

Why gallons and utang go missing

Most stations track gallons and credit in a notebook or in memory. A page gets lost, a regular customer forgets, a rider does not report back, and the station quietly loses containers and money.

What WaterApp records

  • A customer list with name, mobile number, delivery addresses and order history.
  • Containers each customer holds, whether your station exchanges containers or lends them.
  • Credit (utang): what was sold on credit, payments received, the balance, and an optional credit limit per customer.
  • Container events such as lent out, returned, damaged or missing, so counts stay correct.

How does credit work day to day?

When you sell on credit, the amount is added to that customer's balance. When they pay, you record it and the balance goes down. Owners can see who owes the most at a glance, and a limit stops credit from going past what you are comfortable with.

Which plan includes gallon tracking?

Customers and utang records are in every plan. Gallon and container tracking is part of the Growth and Pro plans.

Frequently asked questions

Can I lend containers instead of exchanging them?

Yes. You choose whether your station works by exchange or by lending, and the customer's container balance follows that choice.

Can I limit how much utang a customer can have?

Yes. You can set a default credit limit and override it for a specific customer.

Can my staff change a customer's balance?

Only roles you allow. Important actions are written to an activity log so you can see who did what and when.

Is my customers' information private?

Your customer records belong to your station and are not visible to other stations. See the Privacy Policy for how data is handled under the Data Privacy Act.
