Where is my store link and QR code?
Open Online Store in your dashboard. You can copy the link, download the QR code and change the link name.
How do I accept GCash or Maya?
Go to Settings → Payments. Add the account name and number and upload your QR code. Customers pay you directly, upload a screenshot, and you confirm it on the order page.
How do I add a rider or staff member?
Open Staff and use Add staff (rider accounts need the Growth plan). Tell them their activity is recorded in your private activity log.
A rider or staff member forgot their password.
Open Staff and press Reset password next to their name. You'll get a temporary password to give them privately; they choose a new one when they log in.
I forgot my own password.
Send us a request using the form below with your email address. Support will verify it's you and give you a temporary password.
Where can I see who changed something in my store?
The Activity log (owner only) lists logins, price and payment-detail changes, and orders handled by staff. It can't be edited or deleted.

Ask your station owner to reset it (Staff → Reset password), or send us a request below. You'll get a temporary password and choose a new one at login.
How does a delivery work?
Pick up the empty bottles (take a photo), wait for the station to refill, start the delivery, then take a photo of the delivered water and mark it delivered. More tips are in your Profile → Help center.
Customers
Do I need to create an account?
No. You order with your name and mobile number, and your phone remembers you for next time.
How do I check my order?
After ordering you'll see a status page. Use “My orders” on the store page to find it again.
Something is wrong with my order.
Contact the station directly — their phone number is on the store page. The station is the one preparing and delivering your water.

For a forgotten password, we'll contact you on the email or number you give and help you back in. We never ask for your password. Already have an account and can log in? Log in first and we'll know who you are straight away.
